There is also a desk with an executive chair, a leather lounger with push up leg rest and a table that can be used to fix your snack on. There is a full size closet and plenty of storage space. This room does not have any walls that are shared with other bedrooms and the bathroom is right next to the room (maybe shared). You would have your own storage space in the bathroom. The laundry is located directly across from the room also. There is a beautifully landscaped backyard that includes a BBQ gazebo. The house is very peaceful and quiet, no dogs or children here. Privacy and comfort is what you will get. The rent includes utilities (normal use), and kitchen/laundry and Wi-Fi privileges. Plumas Lake (the real Plumas Lake) is the premier neighborhood closest to Beale AFB. It has lots of beautifully landscaped parks, walking trails as well as food trucks, farmers market in the spring, Walgreens and several gas stations. The Hard Rock Casino is only 5 miles away for entertainment, food and gas. We are also near the river. This room is meant for ONE adult only.
