Homes for sale and rent around Beale AFB are priced higher than the national average especially in the Lincoln area. Yuba City is more reasonably priced and features many master planned subdivisions where newer homes on moderately sized lots can be found for rent or sale. Majority of the homes are 3 bedroom 2 bath stick built on property but there are some manufactured homes on the market.
